Opened in 2009, Olympic Provisions (now known as Olympia Provisions) was the first USDA certified charcuterie in Oregon. Over the course of 4 years, we worked with their team on building their brand from the ground up, and it worked: in 2014, Oprah noticed and called it one of her favorite things, and the rest is history.
